How to know your computer specs!

Now, maybe your parents got you a laptop for Christmas, and you don't know anything about it( How fast it is, how powerful, how much is its storage space).

In this blog post, i will show you how to know more about your computer (computer specs).

These specs are just basic specs , if you want to know your specs in a more advanced way , check out this program called EVEREST.

Now, to know its specs, you are going to have to go to ''Start Button'' on your task bar ----> and then you will find ''Computer'' right above ''Control Panel'' so you click on ''Computer'', and this window will show:

 Okay, now look right under Local Disk (C:) , they say 49.7 GB free of 146 GB.

This means that you only have 49.7 GB left from the 146 GB you had in the first place.

 Now, look right under Local Disk (D:) , they say 318 GB free of 319 GB.

This means that you only have 318 GB left from the 319 GB you had the first place.

Now, that means when you bought the computer , you had 146 GB in your local disk C and 319 GB in the local disk D.

So, to know your full hard drive space , you have to do this simple equation: 319 + 146 = 465 GB

So my Hard Drive is 465 GB

So your hard drive is = Total of local disk C + Total of local disk D.

And you also have your Memory at the bottom and mine says 4.00 GB

And you also have your CPU processor which says Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo

So my CPU type is Duo core (1 core)
